TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS / 門票條款及細則
1. General & Admission / 入場條款
- This ticket grants one person admission to BaseHall Oktoberfest at BaseHall 01 on October 10.
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold for commercial gain.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person displaying disorderly, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior without refund.
2. Age Restriction & Alcohol Policy / 年齡限制及飲酒政策
- Under Hong Kong law, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor (under the age of 18) in the course of business.
- Attendees must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested upon entry or at the bar.
3. Limitation of Liability / 責任限制
- Attendees participate in all event activities (including but not limited to the Stein-Holding Competition and carnival games) at their own risk.
- Young Master and its affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising during or in connection with the event, save for liability that cannot be excluded by Hong Kong law.
4. Media & Photography Consent / 肖像權及媒體授權
- By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or audio recorded.
- BaseHall reserves the right to use any such photographs, video, or audio recordings for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms without compensation to attendees.
5. Event Alterations & Force Majeure / 活動變更及不可抗力
- The organizer reserves the right to amend the event program, lineup, schedule, or rules without prior notice.
- In the event of adverse weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning) or unforeseen force majeure events, rescheduling or refund policies will be announced on Young Master's official channels.
